Unfortunately, after a tune-up on my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee (just plugs and a manifold gasket) my fuel milage decreased from 18+ MPG to less than 16 MPG.

Prime Automotive replaced my entire engine. This was difficult and time consuming work but they did a Great job and reasonable pricing. Replacing an engine includes a host of other mechanical issues.

Joey was great! He quoted me over the phone and was very transparent with the pricing. My repair was a window issue, but all other places wanted me to bring it in first and charge me diagnostics before they would quote or tell me what they thought was wrong. As i asked everyone else, i wanted worst case and he did it based on what i was experiencing, which i couldnt give him much. I trusted what he had to say just with 1 conversation. I would recommend him to anyone and thank him for getting my car in and out of the shop very fast.

My car was making a strange noise and i'm new to the area and found them on google. They have excellent reviews so I called for a diagnostic and they were able to take me in immediately. They called me later and explained they couldnt replicate the issue but cleaned up a problem I had and didnt charge me! These guys are great; very friendly & personable but above all, honest. It's really hard to find honest shops nowadays and ones that don't overcharge you. My car is running great now, and I will definitely come back. I highly recommend them if you're in the area!

I brought in an old vehicle that had a check engine light with multiple error codes. I was given an estimate for replacing all plugs, an ignition coil, an oxygen sensor, as well as performing transmission fluid flush. When picking up the vehicle, I was told all the plugs were fine and didn't need replacing. The actual bill came in lower than the estimate, which is always a pleasant surprise. I will definitely be returning for my next repair service.

Great experience here! I bring my Audi here for oil changes. I have dealt with 3 different people and they are all so friendly and professional. They did a full inspection, explained everything clearly, and gave me a heads-up on future maintenance without ANY pressure. Pricing is very reasonable, especially compared to dealership costs. After Joe charged for $165 and gave estimate for $4,351 for the engine light to my sister's car, I visited them. He said he needs to change the head gasket (not needed), and he wanted to charge 19 hours of labor machining the motor body (it does not even make sense, he lied big time). The car only needed 2 spark plugs :) We now know because we took the car to another shop, asked them to change all 4 spark plugs and their coils, all for $600. We also received an estimate of $1,050 if we ever need to change the head gasket. They are rootless when they see a lady customer. It is a shame, how this people can get 4.9 stars?
I had a great experience with Prime Auto when they repaired my Pacifica hybrid minivan. Even though hybrids aren’t their primary specialty, they did an outstanding job from start to finish. They went above and beyond to find the best deals on parts, which I really appreciated, and the work itself was done thoughtfully and with a high level of care. This was my first experience at Prime Automotive, chosen for its convenience and positive Google reviews. I wasn't disappointed. When I arrived, the staff advised a 45-minute to an hour wait for an oil change, so I ran errands to pass the time. Upon my return, they took my car immediately and estimated a 30-minute wait. I appreciate the quick service, fair pricing, and the courtesy of being informed that my car was in good condition and no additional services were needed. I plan to return for future car maintenance.
